A day of reviews!

So the weather was not great on my day off this week so the Husband and I did a little indoor exploring.

First stop was Richard’s on Third in Longmont.

The sign on the side of the building made big promises!

Richard’s certainly delivered.  If you’re looking for a meal to split and the best Margaritas that I’ve had in Colorado then this is the place.  The baby quesadilla was not all that great (microwaved cheese).   They did look yummy, though!

We also had HUGE lime Margaritas with dinner.

The pork and chicken enchilladas that we did end up with were fabulous!  The pork was slow cooked and great.  I could also eat spoonfuls of the green chile!

After our stop at Richard’s, we headed into Boulder to 303 vodka (@303vodka on Twitter).  So glad that we stopped here.  We had a blast seeing a small distillery.

Steve was a great tour guide and I think I had the best martini ever!  Don’t doubt the Pickletini until you’ve tried it!  (That’s right PICKLE MARTINI!!)

Hopefully we can stop back and try some of their other infusions, they had about 12 on the menu.

All in all, very successful day and a great way to beat the bad weather!
