A tasty, crustless Quiche

The award for tastiest breakfast of the week goes to the Quiche!  We had some onions and roasted poblanos from the Farmer’s Market that needed to be used.  Mix it up with some cooked bacon and eggs and tada, quiche!


You will need:

6 Eggs

6 tbs of Milk

4 strips of bacon

1/4 cup minced onion

3 chopped up poblanos.

1 cup shredded cheese (your choice of what kind)

Place ingredients in the bottom of the pie plate with the cheese as the top.  Once in the pie plate, pour the eggs over the mixture (make sure you beat them up first). 

Bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
