Happy Friday everyone! So glad that we have made it to the end of the week. Here is another installment of Wineday Friday!
This wine was another find from our favorite wine store. This wine was well priced, we found it on sale for under $13 last week. When first opening this wine, we sniffed and decided that we should let it breath for a while. I let my portion breath in a very large red wine glass! Upon tasting, I would say there was a lot of cherry and plum taste but not a whole lot of anything else. There is still some in the bottle that I will try again after spending some more time open to see if this changes but I’m not really expecting a lot.
This was a great weekday wine to enjoy with dinner but nothing to really write home about! I have tried several other Decoy Wines and can’t remember any that were remarkable so this is definitely no surprise.
