My name is Kim and this is my new, honest attempt at blogging. I have vowed to take more pictures, drink more wine, read more books, have more fun, and share all of it with you!
I have lived in Colorado for almost three years and I have finally settled in.
I’m fully employed, happily married, the proud owner of my precious pup, Maggie.
That’s what this going to be about. Finding the fun in my life and celebrating it!
I’ve also spent some time learning about the local Colorado fun. I’ve started running and hoping to run my first (and probably only half marathon this year.) We also enjoy eating local, visiting craft breweries and spending time in the great outdoors!
Please read and certainly comment. I hope to leave you with plenty of recommendations and some great laughs!
Kim:
So glad to hear that you and your husband both enjoyed the Gary Farrell Chardonnay Our winery’s house style – fresh fruit, elegance, structure, and bright acidity – make all our Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs delightful to savor on their own, but – as I am sure you found out – they also make terrific food pairing wines due to their intentional acidity and structure. If you ever happen to come out to Sonoma County, CA wine country, I hope that you and your husband will come out to Gary Farrell for a visit.
Best Wishes,
Nancy Bailey

Nancy,
Thank you so much for taking the time to stop by. I haven’t seen the Pinot Noir before but definitely cannot wait to give it a try. Hopefully we will find a bottle soon!
Hi Kim! I just started reading your blog – I moved to Colorado a week ago- and have been stalking Colorado bloggers’ blogs the entire week LOL.
I was recently chatting with Lauren (Oatmeal After Spinning) and she told me to contact you. The hubby and I now live in Longmont 🙂 Would you like to get together for coffee or lunch sometime soon? I’d love to meet you – and learn more about Longmont!
